Terms and conditions for Class | Single Visit
This agreement sets forth the legal relationship of the parties, enforceable with the terms set forth below.
1. PAYMENT/DATES
Terms of payments, discounts, start and end dates will be listed near bottom at time of signature.
2. HOLDS/REFUNDS
NoHolds, Extensions, or Refunds during any part of the period terms (See Termination).
3. SCHEDULE/NO SHOW VISITS
Schedule all visits onlineat time of purchase to ensure availability. If Late or No Show to scheduled visit a deduction in visit may occur.
4. RESCHEDULE/CANCEL VISITS
Rescheduling and Canceling onlinecan occur 24-hours before scheduled visit or a deduction in visit may occur.
5. UNUSED VISITS
All visits unused after period date will expire.

Body Mechanix reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape at any time in members’ presence for promotional or other purposes. Body Mechanix will make every effort to protect members’ privacy and comfort, and if requested, will arrange for the member to be excluded from the photograph and/or videotape, if possible.
